Chernigov: Information on the placement of temporarily available funds of the city budget
According to paragraph 2 of the order of placement of temporarily free funds of local budgets on Deposit (Deposit) accounts in banks approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12 January 2011, No. 6, temporarily free funds of local budget, the funds of the local budget, which are accounted for in the General and/or special funds on the date of their placement on Deposit (Deposit) accounts and distraction which would not result in the loss of solvency of the local budget and the creation of the debt under the relevant Fund of the local budget in the period which is supposed to be placed such funds on Deposit (Deposit) accounts in banks. According to the provisions of the second paragraph of the eighth article 16 of the Budget code of Ukraine and the above Order of placement of temporarily free funds formed the Commission for the contest that determines the winner of the competition of the Bank, which ceteris paribus has offered the highest interest rate on Deposit (Deposit) for the corresponding period. According to the decision of the competition Committee for placement of temporarily available funds of the city budget on Deposit (Deposit) accounts in banks, created by the decree of the mayor from 05.01.2016, ¹ 2-p, 30.12.2016 year (Protocol ¹2) the contract between the financial management of the Chernihiv city Council and PJSC CB “PrivatBank” on placement of temporarily free budget funds in the amount of 335 900 000 UAH for a period up to 20 December 2017, on condition of return of Deposit (Deposit) or part thereof on demand at 20% per annum. As 06.01.2017 year specified in the agreement amount was transferred in full in accordance with the amount of available temporarily available funds of the city budget.
