Lutsk the local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on fraud committed 60-year-old resident of the village of Hirka Polonka Lutsk district. Woman since February 2009 living in Volyn and worked as a nurse in the Volyn regional clinical hospital. However, deciding to capitalize on existing Donetsk "registration" in December 2014, she filed in the Department of social protection of the population of Lutsk state administration's documents on the register as the person moves from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and area of anti-terrorist operations, and three times from that time to December 2015 apply for purpose of a monthly targeted assistance. On the basis of these documents, fraudsters had been appointed and paid cash to cover living expenses, including housing and communal services in the amount of almost 14 thousand UAH. Now it is declared suspicion in Commission of a criminal offense under part 1, 2 of article 190 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation proceedings continue.
