Thanks to the Prosecutor's office of Volyn coordinating events in 2016 in the field in the quarter decreased level of juvenile delinquency (from 234 to 177 crimes) and a 43% decrease in the number of adolescents who have committed criminal offences (from 202 to 115). In 2016 the investigators completed the investigation of 128 criminal proceedings against minors. Courts with the participation of prosecutors reviewed 180 of these industries. The illegal court decisions prosecutors filed 6 appeals, of which 4 met, 2 are pending. At implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of juveniles in the enforcement against them of judicial decisions in criminal cases and applying other enforcement measures, et'associated with limitation of personal freedom, last year bodies of Prosecutor's office of area brought 19 of the instructions for the results of their review are brought to a disciplinary responsibility of 11 officials. At the proper level Volyn prosecutors provided the use of Executive powers to protect the rights of children. So, in 2016, authorities of Prosecutor's office of area in the protection of children's rights and state interests in this area to court before'revealed 39 claims totaling 7.4 million UAH. of these, almost 7 million UAH. in the interests of the state. The courts granted 37 claims for a total amount of 7.2 mln. 9 of them in the amount of 6, 74 mln. in the interests of the state. The actual execution of court decisions on the claims of prosecutors in the sphere of protection of the rights of minors in the amount of 339 thousand. In addition, prosecutors secured a part in the consideration, 108 cases, 105 restore the rights of minors.
