36-the summer inhabitant of the Rovno area, can sit in jail for beating to death fellow
Rivne local Prosecutor's office is procedural guidance pre-trial investigation into the fact of infliction of heavy bodily injuries dangerous to life in the time of the occurrence that caused the death of the victim. Pre-installed, 8 Jan 2017 between the 41 - year-old inhabitant of the village kornyn in its apartment there was a conflict with a 36-year-old guest, which escalated into a fight. The owner intentionally caused his friend in the head at least ten blows, which were incompatible with life. As established subsequently by the forensic examination, the death occurred due to intracranial injury with hemorrhages. During communication with militiamen, the owner denied his guilt. Claimed his guest for a long time sick, and injuries received earlier, and therefore died. However, the pre-trial investigation body produced irrefutable evidence that multiple head injuries are caused to the victim shortly before his death the master, which, moreover, was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. The latter, in agreement with the procedural head is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime, provided by part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine (grievous bodily harm, resulting in death). Then, immediately upon the request of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office to the suspect a preventive measure in the form of detention without the election of alternative measures of restraint – the bail and placed in remand prison of Rivne. For the serious offence the suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 7 to 10 years. Currently pre-trial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings continues.
