In the Ternopil region will be established an interdepartmental working group for monitoring the implementation of the Government's decision to raise the minimum wage from 1 January 2017 up to 3200 UAH. and immediate response to complaints of citizens about violation by managers of the enterprises of their labour rights. This was announced by the VA. head of Rostruda in Ternopil region Natalia RUz, during the meeting on issues of innovations in the legislation, aimed at filling local budgets, and legalization of labour market and observance by business entities of the legislation on labour and wages, which took place on 17 January at ORD. "On 11 January, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko said that such an interdepartmental group should be established in each region. We have already started the preparation process in the Ternopil region. SNA, our meeting will help us to coordinate our actions and to agree on future plans. The purpose of these regional working groups is the instant response to any complaint concerning heads of the enterprises that do not comply with the Government's decision to raise the minimum wage. "Where is the rule where someone wants to manipulate, translate people for incomplete bids, we will have the information and this information will be a harsh reaction. Every fact, every complaint must be verified", - said Natalia Rus. In addition, citizens can report cases of violations of the payment of the minimum wage on the "hot" governmental line (15-45). Natalia Rus focused attention on the need for greater advocacy – at regional and district levels.
