In Vinnitsa region due to intervention of Prosecutor's office of government and community returned land worth 11 million hryvnias
As previously reported, Bershadsky local Prosecutor in the Economic court of Vinnitsa region was sent a claim in the interests of Vinnytsia oblgosadminstration, Trostyanets district state administration, village Council Kapustyasky Trostyanetsky district of termination with one of the farms Kryzhopil district, whose founder is the former Chairman of the Vinnytsia regional state administration Ivan Movchan, a lease of the land area of 22.3 ha s Kapustiany (purpose – industrial lands), for which not paid the rent. The economic court made the decision to satisfy the claims of the Prosecutor's office. As head Bershadskii the local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Gurba in the month of December the Prosecutor appealed to Vinnitsa scientific-research and design Institute of land management with the assistance of which carried out the assessment of the land plot, which is 11 million hryvnia, and with the assistance of the liquidator already given the land according to the act of reception and transmission transferred to the landlord - Vinnytsia regional state administration. Thus, through the intervention of the Prosecutor's office, the state and the territorial community returned to the land that is not used in good faith by the lessee.
