The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the court directed the indictment against the police for committing acts of hooliganism
Investigative Department of regional Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of police officers who have committed a criminal offense under part 2 St. 296 criminal code of Ukraine, and to haysyn district court of Vinnytsia region aimed indictment. During a pretrial investigation it is established that the company is composed of three people, two of them police officers, after hours, being in one of the cafes of Gysin being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, grossly violating public order and tranquility of others, unjustly caused numerous injuries to the inhabitant of Gysin and his wife, who also rested in the caf?, which caused the last light injuries. For Commission of the specified criminal offense punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a term up to p'five years, or by deprivation of liberty for a term up to four years.
