In the area on the housing register to improve housing conditions in 2016 consisted of 25 families of the dead soldiers that was directly involved in anti-terrorist operations, as well as disabled group i-II of the number of troops involved in the specified operation. In October 2016, the Government approved the mechanism of targeted cash compensation for housing such families that made it possible for this category of citizens to choose appropriate housing and to buy it at the expense of monetary compensation provided by the Government. To provide housing for these families in Vinnytsia region in December last year from the state budget funds were allocated in the amount of 13 million 694 thousand The Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration on behalf of the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cows to fulfill the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 19.10.2016 No. 719 “Questions of the families of the dead soldiers that was directly involved in anti-terrorist operations, as well as disabled group i-II of the number of troops involved in this operation, and in need of better housing conditions” was undertaken maximum efforts for the organization of operational work of the commissions both at the regional and local level for the review of statements of family members of fallen soldiers and invalids on payment of monetary compensation. Due to the efficient interaction of departments of the regional state administration: social and youth policy, Finance, civil protection, regional state administrations, departments of bodies of social protection of population of the region funds for the purchase of housing were transferred to all those families on a special account with an authorized Bank before the end of December 2016. Of these 25 families have purchased housing 9, in the amount of 5 175,7 thousand UAH. Now 16 families are still going through the choice of housing. Awarded compensation may be spent only on improvement of living conditions. This means that within a year from the date sarahanne funds in the special account in Sberbank of the members of the families of the dead soldiers and disabled people unable to independently use their cash compensation to purchase housing as adopted in the residential houses in the primary or in the secondary market, and by investing in housing projects in any locality on the territory of Ukraine.
