implementation of orders of the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cows to study the environmental situation and taking appropriate measures to reduce the impact of biological factors on atmospheric air, on the 18th of January 2017 under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Vasyl Brewer held an enlarged meeting concerning the reconstruction of treatment facilities of sewage systems and the study of the environmental situation in the district of Podolia. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, headed by the Director of the Department of environment and natural resources Mykola Tkachuk, as well as representatives of commercial structures, which presented their capabilities in addressing environmental problems of the region. Addressing the gathering, Vasily Pivovar noted: "In the field there is the issue about restoring order as solid waste and wastewater treatment facilities of the region. An urgent solution of the environmental situation in the district of Podolia in Vinnitsa. The problem, known to be linked to the improper functioning of the sewage treatment plants. Therefore, the task of the authorities and leaders of relevant structures of the region to find the optimal solutions to these problems. at the meeting, we invited representatives of commercial structures that demonstrate and offer us the technical ability of addressing the issues, and challenge all of us to choose the best option that would suit the price and quality of services". In particular, a set of technologies and technical solutions presented by the General Director of Energo Service Unibud Yuri gayvoronskiy. Also their proposals for integrated municipal solid waste treatment and construction of incinerators was presented by the Chairman of the NGO "international Association of thermoenergetic companies Matek", corresponding member of Academy of construction of Ukraine Ivan Landar. The meeting instructed the leadership of the CP "Vindicatorall" in a month to review and summarize the submitted tenders and to inform about ways of solving this issue, the Department of environment and natural resources regional state administration.
