’first results of work of Department of organization of activities in the sphere of prevention of corruption of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region processing and analysis of electronic declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local government. In particular, the analysis of the Declaration of one of the judges of the Uzhhorod district court identified the fact of entering of deliberately false information of the specified document. At SV’connection with which the investigative Department of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of area brought data in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigation upon Commission of a criminal offense under article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine (the Declaration of false information). In addition, previously identified similar violations by submitting an electronic Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government one of the mayors of the Transcarpathian region. Thus, as of 20 January 2017 by the Prosecutor's office of area revealed 2 criminal offences of et’associated with entering false information in the electronic Declaration.
