the Department of economic development of the regional state administration announces the grant Competition for the EU "Creative Europe" The EU programme "Creative Europe" is the EU programme with a budget of more than 1.4 billion euros. It is a framework for supporting cultural and creative sectors in Europe. The program was based on previous programmes, Culture Programme and MEDIA programme. "Creative Europe" is open to creative and cultural institutions from member States of the EU and States which are not EU members but have an agreement with the European Commission. The main objectives of CREATIVE Europe are: · Help the cultural and creative sectors to seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation; · To help sectors achieve their economic potential, contributing to sustainable growth, employment and social cohesion; · Provide European culture and media sectors access to new international opportunities, markets and audiences. In the cultural component of the program has four main priorities on which it is possible to submit the grant application and in which are declared and will declare the competitions: 1. European platforms are platforms for cultural operators promoting emerging artists and European trends in cultural and artistic works. Under this priority can be supported by the following activities: · Fostering the mobility and visibility of authors and artists – in particular, organization of international exhibitions; · Stimulating a real European direction of development of cultural and creative activities, to facilitate access to other national European cultural works via international touring, events, exhibitions and festivals, etc. · Promote growth of the audience, ensuring the spread of European values and of different cultures. 2. Literary translation – this priority supports initiatives for the translation and promotion of literary works in different markets of the EU, with the aim of expanding access to high-quality European literature. Supported the following activities: · Translation and publishing of a "package" of works of fiction in admissible languages; · Dissemination of the "batch translation", including electronic publications and social media. 3. European network providing support to European networks to help the cultural and creative sectors to operate transnationally and to strengthen their competitiveness. Supported the following activities: · Activities aimed at strengthening the cultural and creative industries by providing a workforce with specific skills and experience; · Activities that promote cultural and creative cooperation at the international level and provide an opportunity to expand her career and influence in Europe and beyond; · Activities aimed at strengthening the European cultural and creative organisations and international networking that can create new professional opportunities. 4. Projects of European cooperation – cross-border cooperation projects involving cultural and creative organisations from different countries that participate in the program. This priority can be supported by cross-border cooperation projects between cultural and creative organisations within the EU and beyond. Projects may cover one or more cultural and creative sectors and can be interdisciplinary. Funding is provided for two types of projects: small cooperation projects (project leader and at least two other partners) and large-scale cooperation projects (project leader and at least five other partners). The maximum duration for all projects is 48 months. Under this program, you can develop Museum complexes, to the support of folk groups and folk craft, develop and create a Museum under the open sky, for example, directly in the villages. The number of partners of a single application is not limited, there are only minimum requirements – a minimum of two partners from different countries should apply. The program budget is as follows: for small projects up to EUR 200 thousand and large to 600 thousand euros. Procurement and repair components can be up to 50% of project cost. The size of the financial contribution of the applicant must be at least 10% of the project cost.
