In Zhytomyr region told how to pay social grants to students
28 December 2016 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted decree ¹ 1045 "on Some issues of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions", which updates the procedure for the granting of social scholarships to certain categories of students. In particular, the Government decision from January 1, 2017 introduced the payment of social grants to certain categories of students who are entitled to it in accordance with the current legislation, bodies of social protection of the population through public institutions of higher education (hereinafter - the UNIVERSITY) . To receive social scholarships, students are turning to the authorized person specified by the head of the UNIVERSITY, for the formation of the personal file for each student which is submitted to the social protection of the population at the location of the UNIVERSITY. Based on the UNIVERSITIES of the necessary documents and lists of students by the authorities of labor and social protection of the population provides for the establishment of the application of budgetary requirements for the payment of social grants. Social scholarship for the entire period of study and paid monthly as follows: * students of I—II accreditation level, who are entitled to the appointment of social grants – 750 UAH; * students of UNIVERSITIES of III—IV accreditation level, who are entitled to the appointment of social grants – 1000 UAH; * students of UNIVERSITIES I—IV accreditation level from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, and students (cadets) of higher education institutions, which in the period of study at the age from 18 till 23 years remained without parents, – 2 000 UAH.
