Vinnytsia appeal administrative court confirmed the legality of the claim of Prosecutor's office of area to recover from the sub’management Barsky district of Vinnytsia region, which provides services in the field of passenger transport penalties in favor of the state budget for violations of the legislation regulating legal relations in the sphere of the stock market. At SV’connection with the entry into force of the specified decision, the penalties in the sum of 85 thousand hryvnias can be recovered to the state budget of Ukraine with the specified enterprise by force, through the bodies of State Executive service.
