In Vinnytsia region over the past week incidence of SARS and influenza decreased by 13.2 %
For 03 th weeks 2017 on the incidence of these infections, in comparison with previous week decreased by 13.2% and amounted to 556,5 cases per 100 thousand us. when the epidemic threshold 761,1 cases per 100 thousand of us. The incidence in the whole region was 26.9% below the epidemic threshold. In the whole region behind medical aid concerning SARS turned 8923 people, among cases 4572 (51,2%) children. Was hospitalized 583 people, including 319 children. The highest levels of morbidity in these infections were registered in the territory of Vinnytsia, Kozaytyn, Kalinowski, Peschanskaya and Tyvriv district. In view of the high morbidity rate in separate administrative territories of the decisions of the regional and city commissions of TEB and an emergency was resolved the question of the suspension of the educational process in Bershadski, Haissinsky and Zhmerinsky districts 38 school, 28 DOE and 2 out-of-school institutions. Since the beginning of the epidemic season 2016-2017. in the Virology laboratory of se "Zaporozhye WLC MOH of Ukraine" by fluorescent microscopy were investigated with material from 67 people received 9 positive results for parainfluenza viruses and 14 influenza A. PCR of the investigated material from 76, 35 tested positive for influenza A(H3N2 Hong Kong - seasonal). The method of paired sera studied material of 7 received 6 positive results, including 5 influenza a(H3N2 Hong Kong - seasonal) and 1 parainfluenza. Since the beginning of the epidemic season against flu and SARS were vaccinated 4428 people, including 885 children.
