25 January 2017 in the premises of Vinnitsa scientific-research and design Institute of land management held the auction in the form of auction on sale of lease rights to land plots of water resources for fishery needs. The organizer of land sales: Vinnytsia regional state administration represented by the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration. The auction of 5 lots: Koziatyn district (3 lots) and Pogrebischenske district (2 lots). It sold the right to lease for 3 parts water Fund. Two lots (Polichinelle S. G. Kozaytyn district) auction did not take place due to lack of applicants. One lot of (Blaskowski S. G. Pogrebischenske district) raised the interest rate for the lease of land with an area of 4,9076 ha – from 5% to 35,425%, which is 27694,25 UAH. a year. According to the Land code of Ukraine, the winners of the land tenders, not later than three banking days from the date of holding land bidding, must pay a fee for the use of the land, the right to use purchased at auction, as well as to reimburse the costs of preparing the land plot for the sale of lease rights and expenses associated with the preparation and conduct of the auction, under a separate contract with the Contractor land sales.
