In the Rivne region sent to the court indictment against the accountant state College,which is appropriated and spent premium payments of teachers
Rivne local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against one of the accountants state professional educational institutions of the city on the fact of forgery of official documents and embezzlement of property. Collected during pre-trial investigation of the evidence established that the accountant of one of the state colleges, the University has forged official documents, making them information about payment of bonus funds to the employees of the institution, while in fact the funds were not paid last. Such actions were wasted public funds for total amount about 50 thousand UAH. Victims in criminal proceedings is recognized by more than 60 people. Suspect person in coordination with the local Prosecutor's office Rivne accused of committing criminal offenses under part 1 of article 366, part 2 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (forgery and embezzlement of another's property by abuse of official of his official position).
