Chernivtsi: Cooperation with government authorities to increase budget revenues of the Pension Fund of the region

With the aim of increasing efficiency in the direction of filling of the budget of the Pension Fund of the region, including through the withdrawal of the "shadow" wage, on a permanent basis is the analysis of the evolution of the wage Fund and the number of employees, the results of which informed local authorities, trade Union organizations of the region. Is working to identify entities that do not provide employees a minimum of social guarantees on wages. The results of the analysis of statements of policyholders and lists of employers who pay employees less than the statutory minimum level, monthly sent to the authorities for appropriate response and hearing from the heads of such enterprises at the meetings of the working groups on legalization of wages and employment. The legalization of employment and wages remains a priority for the Pension Fund of the region, to this end, employees of the offices of the Fund during 2016 prepared materials and participated in 123 joint meetings with the social partners on the issues of observance by employers of labour legislation, where heard 504 employers that minimize the salary to employees, in violation of their right guaranteed by the law on social protection. The result of cooperation with authorities and regulatory authorities is the reduction in area in comparison with the beginning of the year number of employers accrue wage employees less than the minimum size of 1.2 thousand employers and employees 5.2 thousand persons.
