One of the ways to address the issue of employment of the unemployed, the extension of professional knowledge and acquisition of relevant professional skills is vocational training. In 2016 in the direction of the employment service of the region professional training took place almost 4 thousand people, of which 3568 was guaranteed a job (97.3 percent). The level of coverage of the unemployed with vocational training, the average for the region amounted to more than 12 percent. Listeners basically get the profession of welder, cook, farm worker, boiler operator, tractor driver of agricultural production, enhanced skills through internships in the workplace. Training of the unemployed was carried out on the basis of 1010 enterprises and educational institutions, including 8 high and 6 vocational. This was announced by the Director of the regional employment center Basil oleschuk. 493 countryman unemployed studied at Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa and Odesa centres of vocational education of State employment service of Ukraine. Here they studied manicurist, raised qualification course purpose specialty "boiler operator" and agricultural areas. "Last year, vocational training of the regional employment service covered 71st demobilized member of the antiterrorist operation, – noted the Director otsz. In particular, 7 former soldiers mastered the profession of working farms, seven – tractor, 3 person studied to be a welder. 17 demobilized ATOVS passed target courses in the fields of "Management of small business" and "Fundamentals of small entrepreneurship" for the purpose of receiving a lump sum of unemployment assistance to open their own business. 8 qualifications and training courses "labor Protection for works APK" and "Periodic testing of knowledge on labour safety of operators of boiler-houses". The rest were trained directly on their workplaces by trades: the mechanic-repairman, mechanic, engineer, tractor driver, sales Manager, carpenter". And professional training with the assistance of the regional employment service were held and 110 people with disabilities and 13 persons. Of those who completed the training, 99 people with disabilities and 11 immigrants have been employed. Free vouchers for vocational training issued 18 residents of the region and 17 countrymen already improve their professional level.
