Prosecutors revealed violations in the work of Lutsk border detachment

In this case three citizens of Ukraine, was detained unduly, because the court by results of consideration of protocols on administrative offense closed the case against them in the absence of, and contravention. Determined by inspection of violations by officers of Lutsk border detachment of the legislation when drawing up protocols on administrative detention and the cases, personal inspection of citizens, examination and withdrawal of things and documents of the detained individuals without the involvement of two witnesses. In addition, the identified cases of unjustified decisions on forced return of foreigners outside the territory of Ukraine. So, Lutsk border detachment in October last year adopted the decision on forced return beyond Ukraine and 4 citizens of the Republic of Guinea, a citizen of the Republic of the Congo and a citizen of the Republic of Syria, which for a long time legally resident in Ukraine, married a Ukrainian, have children. Despite the fact that the Lutsk city district court refused the Lutsk border detachment in satisfaction of the claims of forced expulsion from Ukraine of foreigners, a decision on their removal has still not been revoked. For elimination of the revealed violations of the law, prosecuting those responsible and the cancellation of illegal decisions on expulsion of foreigners by the Prosecutor's office of area brought the instruction to the chief of Lutsk border detachment. According to the results of its review to the disciplinary charges brought against 4 officers of the detachment. The decision on expulsion of foreigners cancelled.
