In Volyn region the drug dealer will stand trial
the Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on the Commission of a 58-year-old resident of Novovolynsk of illegal acquisition, storage with a sales objective and sale of drugs. The man repeatedly prosecuted for drug crimes, at the end of August 2016 illegally, for the purpose of sale purchased 14 tablets narcotic drugs, turnover of which is limited – buprenorphine – and keep them in your own home. On 30 August last year, he illegally sold them to another resident of Novovolynsk. The attacker is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 St. 307 Criminal code of Ukraine which provides responsibility in the form of imprisonment for the term from 5 till 10 years with confiscation of property.
