Negotiations have begun on the organization of cooperation between the city of Lutsk and the village of pidhaitsi Lutsk district
the MPs gathered for an extraordinary, 18-th session of the city Council. Forming the agenda, they considered the question of provision of learning assessment and public discussion of the proposal Pdisk village Council of Lutsk district about the beginning of negotiations on the organization of cooperation. The Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko in his speech argued the importance of this decision for both local communities and said that it will be an intermediate stage on the way to cooperation. Indeed, under article 6 of the law of Ukraine “On cooperation of territorial communities” in case of receipt of the proposal from the subject of cooperation on the opening of negotiations on the organization of cooperation of village, settlement, city Chairman, by decision of village, settlement, city Council provides within 60 days from the date of receipt of the proposal study, evaluation of Executive bodies of village, town Council regarding meet the needs of the local community and conducting public discussion of such a proposal, after which she served on the relevant Council for a decision on the granting of consent to the organization of cooperation, or refusal and delegation representative (s) to the Commission.
