In Volyn region exposed a criminal group that supplied drugs to Manevytsky colony.
In the result of jointly planned by the office of public Prosecutor of the Volyn region and the regional Management of SBU and the operational units Manevichi VC No. 42 investigative (search) actions, including implicit, in the evening of 26 January 2017, has exposed the illegal activity of criminal group from among the residents of Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, as well as persons serving sentences in Manevychi penal colony ¹42, which are systematically put in an institution for the execution of sentences and C among other prisoners drugs. As reported by the head of Department of supervision in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region Yuriy Novosad, directed the activities of the group, one of the convicts of the colony, the payment for drugs was carried out using the system of electronic money transfers with the use of mobile communications’connection. Now urgent investigative (search) actions, the issue of the notice to the members of the criminal group on suspicion of election concerning them a preventive activities, transfer of convicts from the correctional colony to the investigative isolator in order to enable their participation, the investigative and procedural actions.
