In Volyn region ostrozkogo mayor released from criminal responsibility
At the request of Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office Ostrozkogo the mayor is exempt from criminal liability for committing forgery in connection’connection with active repentance. Pre-trial investigation established that on 26 July last year, Ustyuzhna city Council entered into a contract with a natural person-entrepreneur in the reconstruction of the kindergarten in the village of Zarya Vladimir-Volyn region. Entrepreneur Zobov’was contacted to renovate the kindergarten to the end of 2016, but has not fulfilled in full its obligations’commitments, as is not installed in the kindergarten furniture in excess of 33 thousand UAH. Despite this, at the end of December 2016 Ostrosky the mayor made a knowingly false information in the certificate of acceptance of construction works, as well as help on the cost of construction works. Information about the Commission of official criminal offense under part 1 St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine was brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. The mayor declared suspicion in Commission of this crime. During the preliminary investigation, he pleaded guilty, repentance, the contractor also installed in a kindergarten of the promised furniture. Consequently, the Prosecutor's office appealed to Vladimir-Volyn city court with the petition for exemption of the mayor from criminal liability in connection’connection with active repentance.
