In Vinnytsia region sentenced the driver who made a fatal accident in Vapnyarka
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region was performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of a serious road accident, which took place in the village. Vapnyarka Tomashpil district, which resulted in the death of two young people. Pre-trial investigation found that 23.06.2016 the driver of the car VAZ-2109, in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, driving on the highway in the village. Vapnyarka with a significant excess of the permitted speed of movement, didn't consider a road situation, and made arrival on a motorcycle “Viper”, which moved in the passing direction. In result of road accident the driver of the motorcycle, rural Chairman S. Kolodenka Tomashpol district of the passenger from the got injuries died. The actions of the guilty person qualified under part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine, ie violation of the rules of road safety, which resulted in the deaths of two people. According to the results of pretrial investigations the indictment the proceedings are sent to the Tomashpil district court for consideration on the merits. Despite the lack of recognition of the guilt of the accused, thanks to the consistent position and correctly chosen tactics of state prosecutors - prosecutors Tomashpil Department of Mogilev-Podolsky the local Prosecutor's office and the Prosecutor of Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, his guilt is proved valid, reliable and sufficient evidence. Court sentence the offender is convicted of committing the above offenses and he was sentenced to a dev's five years six months imprisonment.
