Rivne: the Prosecutor of the region Oleg Sobol met with reporters

But at the same time, as noted by the Prosecutor, he is concerned about the state of solving crimes, particularly serious crimes, which tend to increase. And now, while at the legislative level is not resolved the question of legalization of this activity, law enforcement agencies all the leverage provided by the Law that affect the situation, to prevent it from deteriorating. This problem was made by the Prosecutor for discussion at the joint meeting of heads of region. As an example of fight of militiamen with LACRALO in the Rivne region, the Prosecutor of the region has led directed to court the criminal proceedings, the materials that featured a number of fictitious companies. It is established that during 2014 to 2016 on behalf of the business entity that allegedly carried out the business transactions that are exported abroad timber products hardwood volume of about 2 thousand cubic meters for total amount of 1,6 million UAH. The Prosecutor of the region Oleg Sobol said that 26.01.2017, personally signed the suspicion of the Deputy of local Council about the Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 396 of the criminal code of Ukraine (obviously not promised concealment serious crime). Now the criminal proceedings are investigated under four articles of the criminal code of Ukraine, worked out several versions of the crimes.
