Ivan Krysak: "the Inhabitants of Ternopil region — integrated and configured for positive change. This confirms the creation of about 1,000 condominiums"
More than 6.5 citizens and 14 condominiums were used last year, the state program "warm loans." Thanks to the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the region managed to attract 118 million UAH. This was announced by first Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Ivan Krysak during the international scientific - practical conference "condominiums: the experience, challenges, prospects", which took place on 30 January in Ternopil national technical University. I. Pulyui. In this event participated the representatives of local Executive authorities and local self-government, heads of condominiums, the Polish colleagues and the residents of the region who are interested in this subject. "Scope housing is one of those industries in which a series of problematic issues which can be addressed only by combining our efforts. Residents of Ternopil region is quite cohesive, organized and actively committed to positive change. This confirms the creation of the territory of region, about 1,000 condominiums," said Ivan Krysak. By the way, last year in regard to the use of "warm loans" in Ternopil oblast has occupied a good position on Ukraine, says Ivan Krysak. According to him, currently there is a preparation for the new season making "warm loans." So if possible, Ivan Krysak called for leaders of condominiums maximum use of this opportunity. In the framework of this conference the parties discussed the possibility of bringing the international experience of reforms in system of housing and communal services and the professional management of residential building on the example of the Republic of Poland. As well as the development of services for maintenance of buildings, implementation of energy efficiency measures, replacement of internal networks and the like. Legal support and establishing systems of relations of state power, local self-government bodies and condominiums. 4. Socio-economic aspects of the management and operation of condominiums. 5. Energy management of residential buildings – the ways of implementation and sources of funding. 6. Current practices of housing management (experience of condominiums in Ukraine and Poland).
