In Volyn region the President of the court exposed in Commission of offences associated with corruption
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the Commission of administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption, exposed the Chairman of one of the courts of the region. The judge violated the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" and "On judicial system and status of judges" to resolve the conflict of interest. In particular, the judge considered civil and criminal proceedings, which was heard with the participation of her son in law-lawyer, which will affect about’objectivity and impartiality when making decisions. The results of verification in respect of judges is composed of two protocols on Commission of administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption, under part 1, part 2 of article 172-7 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Announcement of records of the judge was held with the participation of witnesses, because she refused to give any explanation and to protocols. On Commission of the President of the court of offences reported also the High qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine.
