Rivne local Prosecutor's office said in court the claim about recognition void the additional agreement to the agreement on government procurement, according to which one of the government agencies had purchased gasoline at a price higher than retail. During the processing of information about conducting public procurement prosecutors have established that after the procedure the customer and the winning bidder entered into a supplemental agreement, which unreasonably increased by 8-9% rates on diesel and petrol, while no fluctuations in retail prices of fuels and lubricants in the field is not fixed. Such actions led to the shortfall to the customer, as the Manager of budgetary funds, more than 15 thousand litres of fuel amounting to almost 300 thousand UAH, than the damage to the interests of the state.
