During the meeting the Executive Committee considered the issue “About tariffs for services provided by the Lutsk special municipal motor transportation enterprise “Latexrecommended”. The Director of the Department of economic policy Alexander Oslovit, in reporting on this issue noted that existing tariffs for services on collection, removal, handling, transportation with own transport and disposal of domestic waste is established by decision of the Executive Committee of the city Council of the 22.04.2015 No. 205-1. According to him, the said decision of the Executive Committee set new service tariffs for the collection and removal of household waste (solid and large). However, the cost of municipal waste landfills have not been revised and abandoned in the amount of 5.35 UAH. for 1 m3, which was established by the decision of the Executive Committee of the city Council from 15.10.2014 No. 605-1 “adjusted tariffs for services provided by the Lutsk special municipal enterprise “Latexrecommended”. According to him, revision of the current tariff is due to the fact that it does not cover the costs of their provision. Thus, the level of reimbursement applicable tariff of the actual cost of the provision of services for the disposal of household waste for the first 9 months of 2016 is 87 %. In particular, the costs of labor production personnel in the applicable rate calculated from the minimum wage to UAH 985, in the calculation of the new rate scheduled wages, the minimum wage is 1600 UAH, effective 1 December 2016, as well as the requirements regarding minimum wages of employees for the full performed monthly (hourly) labor rate in the amount of 3200 UAH. However, it is considered reducing the size of the single contribution for obligatory state social insurance, according to changes in the Tax code, to 22 percent. Have undergone considerable growth of consumption of fuel and lubricants and maintenance and repair of motor vehicles. The level of profitability in General, this type of activity does not exceed 12 percent, and for categories of consumers and budgetary institutions and other consumers – not above 15 and 50 percent, respectively, as determined by the Procedure for formation of tariffs for services in export of household waste. When forming the tariff for the service at the cemetery for the population takes into account the planned profit in the amount of 5 %, for budgetary institutions – 8 %, for other consumers – 32,62%. The level of profitability generated taking into account the need to pay profit tax of the enterprises and the direction of the resulting profits on technical re-equipment of the enterprise. In 2015, the landfill disposal of solid waste in accordance with paragraph 2.3 of the Rules of operation of waste management approved by order of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine from 04.05.2012 ¹196, installed truck scales.
