Chernivtsi: the Order of exit from the citizenship of Ukraine

Registration of renunciation of citizenship of Ukraine is carried out at the request of individuals in the name of the President of Ukraine, served in the foreign diplomatic institutions. However, note that the output from citizenship of Ukraine is allowed if a person has acquired the citizenship of another state or obtained a document issued by the competent authorities of another state, that the citizen of Ukraine acquire a citizenship if released from citizenship of Ukraine the citizenship of Ukraine is not allowed if the person applying for renunciation of citizenship of Ukraine, Ukraine reported about suspicion in Commission of a criminal offense or with respect to which Ukraine is a verdict of the court, entered into force and enforceable. The date of termination of the citizenship of Ukraine is the date of publication of the relevant Decree of the President of Ukraine. After receiving notice of the termination of citizenship of Ukraine abroad diplomatic mission, within one week informs the applicant about the decision of the President of Ukraine, seizes the travel documents of the citizen of Ukraine and issues a certificate about the termination of citizenship of Ukraine.
