Vinnicchina: in the area provided housing for 28 families of the victims who participated in the ATO,disabled I-II groups in need of better housing conditions
In his speech at yeah Board, January 31, the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow identified one of the priority directions is support of soldiers who have undergone military training in the ATO. "In the area provided housing for 28 families of the dead soldiers who participated in the ATO, disabled I-II groups in need of better housing conditions, acquired housing for the three families of ATO participants who have lost the functionality of the lower limbs for a total sum of 1,5 million UAH",- he said.- Paid cash compensation to 25 families of the dead soldiers and invalids of I-II groups from among the participants ATO who were on the housing register as at 01.12.2016 year for a total amount of UAH 13.7 million.". In Vinnytsia region, from among persons who were in the area of ATO, received the status of "combatant" - 11942, "Disabled veteran" - of 253 people, the "Party of war" - 15 people. Since the beginning of ATO, from among the natives of Vinnytsia region who were directly involved in the ATO, there are 199 victims. From them: 134 servicemen were killed, 59 died, 6 families moved to permanent residence in Vinnytsia oblast. Missing from among the natives of Vinnytsia region accounted for 4 soldiers. The status of "member of the family of the deceased" set of 172 families of the victims and issued 297 identity and 55 references to minor children, which give the right to use the benefits according to the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection". In the framework of "the Regional complex target program of support of the ATO participants, their families and members of families of victims (died) participants of the ATO for the years 2016-2018 (approved by decision 7 session of the Vinnytsia regional Council 7 convocation from 30.06.2016, No. 123) in 2016 from the regional budget assisted 36 families of the lost (died) participants of the ATO paid a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 1 million 80 thousand UAH. During the ATO in Eastern regions of Ukraine got injuries and diseases of the 656 people (of which: 585 - injured, 71 - disease). 129 persons from among participants of the ATO, injured (injury, contusion, mutilation) for the ATO participants paid one-time financial assistance in the amount of 1 million 290 thousand UAH. In 2016, Vinnytsia region, funds were allocated subventions from the state budget to local budgets for the construction (purchase) of housing for the families of soldiers who participated in the antiterrorist operation, as well as for the disabled I-II groups of the number of troops involved in this operation, and in need of better housing conditions and who are registered by place of residence as needing improvement of living conditions in the total amount of 13 thousand UAH 693,9 to provide housing for 25 families, of which 8 families housing purchased (for the sum of 4 756,2 ths.).
