Property of a territorial community of Chernihiv will no longer be leased for a pittance
Fund of municipal property of the Chernihiv city Council informs about changes in the Method of calculation and order of payment for the lease of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernihiv. The changes brought by the decision of the Chernihiv city Council on January 26, 2017 No. 15/VII-11 "About modification and additions in the Method of calculation and order of payment for the lease of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernigov (the 19th session of the 5th convocation) with changes and additions". They entered into force from the date of publication of this decision in the newspaper "Chernigov news "Seven days" No. 5 (795) from 02.02.2017. The purpose of the changes is to increase the efficiency of use of municipal property, the increase in income from rents, bringing the rent for the use of municipal property to market levels. According to preliminary calculations, additional revenues to the city budget from the lease as a result of those changes will be about 1.3 million. year. This decision, in particular: - withdrawn from 01.01.2018 to the list of institutions, organizations, which have the lease amount of 1 UAH. for the year (clause 12 of the Methodology) part of budget organizations, which are maintained by the state and regional budgets.They will pay the rent for a certain rental rate of 1% per annum of the value of the property.; - changed the size of rents according to some intended purpose; - conducted zoning of the territory of Chernigov established coefcient and the minimum lease payment for 1 sq. m depending on the location of the facility lease. Thus, for a particular solution of the list of tenants in the calculation of the amount of rent do not apply zonal coefcient and the minimum rent for 1 sq. m. The implementation of this decision of the city Council leases of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernigov, which were signed before January 1, 2017 (except contracts for the lease of integral property complexes) are reviewed from the date of entry of this decision into force.
