The Prosecutor's office of Volyn insists on returning to the state illegally transferred land to citizens on the territory of the Bogolyubsky agriculture Council
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has addressed in court in interests of the state represented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the State enterprise "Kivertsovsky forestry” with a claim to the Lutsk regional state administration and the 26 land owners about recognition invalid orders of the state acts on the ownership of land and reclamation of land for forestry purposes with an area of over 3 hectares of illegal possession. Prosecutors'it is established that the disputed land is in the territory of the Bogolyubsky village Council of the Lutsk area by virtue of the provisions of the Land and Forest codes of Ukraine belonged to the state-owned lands for forestry purposes, land category "arable land", but because they could not be transferred to private ownership to citizens. In addition, the withdrawal of the land plots of forest land with an area of over 1 ha, and changing their purpose is solely the competence of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. At the same time, the withdrawal of these lands in the manner prescribed by the Land code of Ukraine, was conducted. The case is pending in court.
