Tacso local Prosecutor's office, in the course of the study Tyachiv district state administration concerning compliance of the land legislation under the land use outside of the district's settlements, it is established that between Tasco RGA and one of the farmers contracted to lease the land plots with a total area of 100 ha for haymaking and grazing. According to the expert, the market value of said land under the lease as of 01.01.2017 is almost 18 million UAH. However, in violation of the Land code of Ukraine and law of Ukraine «On lease of land”, the lessee uses the land not for the intended purpose, in particular, instead of grazing and mowing carries out the extraction of sand and gravel without permits. With a view to the adoption of measures to return the land plot to the state property and termination of the said lease with tenant, the local Prosecutor's office filed a claim in the interests of Tyachiv RSA in the Economic court of the Transcarpathian region of the termination of the lease of the land.
