Participation in the discussion was attended by the Chairman of regional Council Vladimir Shirma Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta. "We must find a mechanism to simplify hospitalization, to reduce the burden squarely on the combatants. Also, we should not doubt the principles that we laid in the model of co-financing and joint responsibility of local and regional authorities", – said Yaroslav Laguta. Under the Program funding health care and rehabilitation services to participants ATO should occur in the ratio of 50: 50 between the regional and local budgets.
