Zhytomyr: from now on "warm loans" PrivatBank
February 1, 2017, the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk held a meeting with first Deputy Chairman of PrivatBank Oleg Sergeyev, with whom he discussed the prospects of the Bank's participation in various projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy, in particular in the "warm" loans. "The mechanism of co-financing of energy efficiency measures underlying the programme were justified and more than 215 thousand Ukrainians were able to join the energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption, using the state support, - said Sergey Savchuk, telling the history of the program and its implementation. – The program is implemented by three state-owned banks: Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank. At the same time we are interested in the fact that the population had more freedom of choice with respect to Bank and soft conditions for obtaining soft loans." According to the results of the recent meeting of the Government Committee on European integration, international cooperation and regional development of PrivatBank will be included in the list of partner banks of the program "warm" loans. By connecting yet another powerful Bank with the latest technology will be hard competition in the banking sector, which will reduce the cost of credit to households and condominiums to attract a larger number of participants. In turn, Oleg Sergeyev assured in the interest of the Bank to join the program "warm" loans and reported the additional benefits of the Bank. According to him, the Bank is powerful financial organization with a large customer base. Among the strengths of the Bank – there are a number of effective tools that will help citizens easily and quickly to "warm" loans, but also to effectively plan and implement energy efficiency measures. As explained by Oleg Sergeyev, effective tools lending, risk assessment, control of target use of loan funds, verification of equipment sellers, monitoring the effectiveness of loans, the creation of a web platform where clients can calculate their costs of energy efficiency projects, find manufacturers and suppliers of services – these and more can offer Privat program participants "warm" loans. During the conversation the parties discussed the features of work of banks with the population and condominiums, discussed the prospects of implementation of the program in 2017 and the necessary funding. Special attention was given to other possible areas of work of PrivatBank, in particular, to provide financing to ESCO-companies for implementation of energy efficiency measures in budgetary institutions and lending projects using renewable energy sources.
