2 February, sent the first car with dvadtsatitonnikov the primary cargo of humanitarian aid for the residents of the city of Avdiivka, in the Donetsk region. Formation aid was attended by all 27 districts and cities of regional importance. Responded to all districts and cities of Vinnytsia region . I wish, on behalf of the regional state administration to thank everyone who has joined in the assistance to victims. In response to the events in Avdiivka, head of the regional state administration Valery Cow 31 Jan instructed to work quickly , as quickly as possible to help people in distress. From the regional budget it has been allocated 350 thousand hryvnias. For them purchased building materials: plywood, plastic sheeting,screws,nails, and warm things – blankets, thermal underwear, insulated jackets - everything that was ordered by our colleagues from the city of Avdeevka". According to officials, initially ordered the truck for 10 tonnes, but seeing the activity of citizens who sympathize with the suffering of others and help all that rich from home preservation, fat,butter, flour, apples, candies and pastries, to stoves and gasoline generator, formed the cargo of 20 tons. Actively contributed to the formation of the help of district state administrations and city councils of cities of regional importance. We should also note the active assistance of businessmen and residents of Vinnytsia region. After just 5 hours today, managed to collect nearly 50 tons of aid. "Let's see what will be included in the first truck, and tomorrow will order the carrier the following. Therefore all of the products that gathered the inhabitants of the city, be sure to reach the addressee. I want to say that Vinnytsia city Council is preparing in parallel the load on the plant, which will be completed and shipped tomorrow." Talking to reporters, Vasily Pivovar concluded: "I again saw and felt that Ukraine is the only, and for the residents of Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia region hurts someone else's misfortune as their own."
