Dubensky correctional facility was visited by a Prosecutor and a representative of the Commissioner for human rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
Dubno Head of the local Prosecutor's office Vasyl Martyniuk, together with the regional coordinator of communications Commissioner for human rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Sergey Lucom 02.02.2017 visited Dubno juvenile correctional colony. They are accompanied by the chief of the educational colony Valentine March conducted a tour of the premises and carried out the reception of prisoners on personal matters. Personally convicts had questions that they were interested, first of all, concerning the application of the requirements of the legislation on parole. All applicants provided primed responses and also clarified certain provisions of the legislation. During the visit, inspected the territory of the institutions, departments, classes, benefiting the students of the institution, workshop and dining room, appeals to actions of administration of establishment and the conditions of detention were reported.
