In the Rivne region return to civilian life
After service in the Armed forces of Ukraine in zone anti-terrorist operation, Alexander Djourik in September 2015 returned to his native village to a family that was waiting for him impatiently. The man had injuries and some health problems, but to sit without work they could not. For help in finding jobs turned to Zdolbuniv district employment in December 2015. Education – welder of manual welding, and professional experience in the profession had. Worked on low-skilled jobs, and not always officially. During the period of stay on the account in the employment centre actively contributed to its work: familiar with the current vacancy, attended the interview and group activities. On one interviews with the employer PP PSPP "Zdolbunovska", which is one of the largest agricultural enterprises of the district, Alexander was offered a job subject to passing pre-professional training through internships in the profession "mechanic on repair of agricultural machinery". Unemployed accepted this proposal with joy, to repair the equipment he likes, and a list of execution of work is compliant with the basic skills of the profession. During the internship, Alexander showed himself as a responsible and hardworking, eager to learn new things, which was a requirement of the employer. After completing his training, Alexander a specialist employment centre Irina Lutsenko was offered individual support, explaining its principles and content, filled in a map of monitoring after employment in which the unemployed confirmed in writing their consent. For support of adaptation in the workplace, Irina is interested in successes and challenges during work. Alexander works for several months on a new job, pleased with the position and working conditions, and the fact that he is not unemployed and the employment service and is still interested in his fate.
