Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office 2016 is considered more than 2 million downloads
During 2016 in Vinnytsia local Prosecutor received 2165 complaints from individuals and legal entities. 1269 cases are solved in fact, 855 – aimed for supplies in SV’'yazku with the lack of authority of the Prosecutor's office for consideration of issues set forth in the complaints. Due to the mismatch between the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «citizens” returned to the applicants or left without consideration the appeal 41. 69 contained information on criminal offences, therefore, was included in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations and initiated pre-trial investigation. Of considered on the merits of 742 complaints concerned pre-trial investigation; 8 participation in the criminal proceedings in court; 51 the appeal on the issues of representation of interests of the state and citizens in court; 5 – on children's rights; 17 – on issues of observance of the legislation in the execution of decisions of courts and other bodies; 44 – regarding criminal-Executive legislation. In Vinnytsia the local Prosecutor's office in 2016 received 11 requests for public information. 8 requests examined, of which 5 requests the information provided; 2 requests refused to provide the requested information including not make a payment; 1 request provided by rose’explanations. 3 inquiries sent to managers of information in SV’'yazku that Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office does not own the requested information.
