In the Vinnytsia region for allocation of budget funds will have to answer
Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police according to the results of the study of the use of budget funds allocated for the repair of the road surface, detected illegal embezzlement of property by abuse of official position for the amount over 70 thousand hryvnias. So, officials of one of village councils of Mogilev-Podolsk district in 2016, signed a contract on the overhaul of the road surface, which is composed of acts of acceptance and paid to the contractor budget for a total amount of almost 150 thousand hryvnia. In fact, however, this work is partially performed in the amount of twice lower than specified in the contract and acts of the performed works. On this fact Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office entered the information in ERDR on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine and is currently undergoing initial investigations to establish all of the situation of the criminal proceedings and bring the perpetrators to justice.
