6 February 2017 work has begun start-up School "Sikorsky Challenge" city Vinnytsia on the basis of Vinnytsia national technical University. The first stage of learning the unique program "Introduction to innovative entrepreneurship". The aim of the School is to promote the implementation of innovative, promising business ideas, technical directions in any field of Economics and to teach students to start their own business. Startup School is supported by the Vinnytsia regional state administration, Vinnytsia city Council, partner companies Exadel, software development, Delphi, General business, Koneks, VTH, Astound Commerce, IncoreSoft. This year students in Vinnytsia Startup School were 75 people who have passed preliminary competitive selection. A leading teacher of the School is an international specialist in the field of conducting it business Igor Peer – founder and the General Director of Open Innovation Incubator "Be Next IT", which conducts training on tried and tested methods, successfully tested at the National technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Igor Sikorsky", as well as in Israel and Azerbaijan. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy mayor. Vinnitsa Vladislav Skalsky, head of the higher education sector Department of education and science of Vinnytsia regional state administration Andriy Kupowac, rector of the VNTU, Professor Vladimir Grabko, head of the Startup School Konstantin Koval. Vladislav Skalsky, addressing the audience noted that Vinnytsia national technical University in the conditions of intensive development of the information society offers a new technology of training of specialists for the development of startup projects. He noted that such projects prevent the outflow of smart people overseas, assured that the city administration would fully support the introduction of promising startups, wished the students of the School of interesting ideas, success, perseverance and faith in yourself. In turn, head of the higher education sector Department of education and science of Vinnytsia regional state administration Andriy Capousek said "Now NTB launches a project of world level. Professionals who will be formed in conditions of Startup School, Ukraine is a need, because they are ready for modern challenges, to adapt quickly to changing economic conditions and are at the forefront of scientific and technological progress. Quality of startup projects, path is able to attract international investment and create new jobs, and thus contribute to the development of our state." The UNIVERSITY rector Professor Vladimir Grabko spoke about the importance of the innovation component in modern education, the creation of the ecosystem of Startup School "Sikorsky Challenge" at University, which gives students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the development and implementation of their own ideas, will contribute to raising the level of education in all specialties in Vinnytsia national technical University. The head of the Startup School Konstantin Koval said: "start-up School provides the opportunity for turning innovations into start-up projects quickly and efficiently can be implemented in production. The close collaboration of creative young people, experienced professionals and business investors creates a unique environment in which are born and develop innovative projects. And the application of scientific innovations and will allow to receive qualitatively new results, therefore manages the implementation of start-up projects with significant added value." During the introductory session Igor Peer presented the ecosystem of Startup School "Sikorsky Challenge", I talked about the basic principles and characteristics of start-up business; identified the main differences between a startup from a regular business. Was thoroughly reviewed and discussed the practice of starting a start-up project "Sliiider". Classes at the Startup School will continue until June 16, 2017 and will end with the selection of the best start-up projects this year, which will receive partial funding for their implementation.
