The Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow said: "Analyzing the results of the studies made during field techniques mobile mammography unit to areas of the region, once again convinced that it is quite important and necessary for our women. After all, many are not examined due to the fact that far to go to the regional center and, as always, no time. So, during field techniques surveyed more than 1,000 women. And with early diagnosis significantly increases the chances of a full recovery from the disease of breast cancer". Mobile digital mammography complex made its first departure 03.11.16 in Tulchin district (C. Spies). During the operation conducted 19 visits. In an effort to increase the number of surveyed mamografia women in the field, with 19 visits in 15 cases, the team has worked on 2 or more days. In the result field activities on a mobile complex were examined 1122 women. The presence of signs of breast pathology was detected in 341 persons ( 30.3 % ), suspected cancer – 12 cases ( 1.06 % ) and cancer of the breast in 6 cases ( 0.5 % ).
