the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have taken effective measures on the real return to state ownership of illegally alienated property worth UAH 4.6 million. So, agreeing with the claims of the Prosecutor of the Rivne economic court of appeal decided to annul the decision of the local authority and to cancel the certificate on the right of private ownership of the complex of buildings and structures Dubno bakery. It is proved that the solution according to which the joint-stock company was the right of private ownership of property area of nearly 20 thousand square meters, adopted in 2012 illegally – contrary to the established laws, prohibition on the change of ownership form to the above public property. Now, on the execution of judgments 03.02.2017 state Registrar cancelled the registration of private ownership of the said building the plant, meaning the actual return to the state. Thus, due to the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region protected the interests of the state in the sphere of ownership and actually returned her property worth UAH 4.6 million.
