The volume of commissioned housing in Chernivtsi increased by 10 thousand square meters
the Volume of commissioned housing in the territory of Chernivtsi in 2016 has increased due to the increase in construction of apartment houses. On the other hand decreased the volume of commissioned housing by individual developers. As reported in the inspection of state architectural-building control of the city Council, last year in Chernivtsi was commissioned 141,1 thousand square meters of housing, which is 10 thousand more than in 2015 (to 107.6% in comparison with year 2015). Of these, 98.8 per thousand square meters is a multi-storey residential houses, apartments and housing departments (in 2015 – 67,9 thousand square meters) of 42.3 thousand square meters of individual houses (in 2015 – 63.2 thousand square meters).
