In Volyn region prosecutors have secured the return of state land worth more than 350 thousand UAH
Listening to the arguments of prosecutors, Rivne economic court of appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which satisfied the claim Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state in the face of Prilsasha village Council to "VIP-OYL". Prosecutors went to court to recover arrears of land lease agreement in the amount of UAH 53 thousand. and to terminate the lease of the land area of 0.39 hectares in the village Prylisne of Manevychi district, the assessed value of which is more than 350 thousand UAH. Legal grounds before’phenomenon of the suit was that the society in 3 years did not pay the rent in the budget of the village Council and did not use the land for the purpose. Therefore, for the Prosecutor's intervention, the land returned to the property of the community.
