Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor of the region Vyacheslav Sokolovi held a personal reception of citizens
To fulfill the requirements of article 22 of the law of Ukraine «citizens» and departmental normative acts of the Prosecutor of the region'Vyacheslav Sokolov held a reception of citizens in Murovani Kurylivtsi district (Mogilyov-Podolsk the local Prosecutor's office). The reception was attended by residents of the area, the issues of inadequate pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings regarding the possible embezzlement of the property of one of agricultural enterprises of the district. In addition, the reception to the head of the regional Prosecutor's office came to the citizens with pressing issues regarding the violation of veterinary rules officials Murovani Kurylivtsi district state hospital of veterinary medicine, which led to the destruction of livestock'I pigs, which they raised in their own households. Given that on these facts 27.01.2017 local Prosecutor's office submitted to the Unified register of pre-trial investigations and initiated pre-trial investigation under part 1 of article 251 of part 1 of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine the status of pre-judicial investigation it is taken on control by Prosecutor of the region. Also to the head office asked residents of the area who are engaged in illegal mining (granite) outside S. Zhvan organization that performs contract work for the construction of the Dniester PSP. With the aim of adopting measures to halt the illegal mining, reparations and accountability, the results of reception of citizens, submitted to the Unified register of pre-trial investigations and initiated pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 240 of the criminal code of Ukraine. In addition, citizens who also came to the reception, asked for the recalculation and payment of pensions, the allocation of land. All citizens are given qualified answers and roses'an explanation of the current legislation. The Prosecutor's office underlines that the reform of the prosecution does not mean that people in other areas, not at the location of the local Prosecutor's office, denied the opportunity to seek protection of their constitutional rights in a prosecution.
