during conducting covert investigative (search) actions, namely the control of crime in the form of operational procurement, law enforcement authorities exposed a resident of Beregovo district, which illegally kept and sold firearms. The weapon was seized and sent for forensic ballistic expertise. Now continuing the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 1 of article 263 UK of Ukraine (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives). The specified criminal offense is classified as serious crimes responsibility for which is provided in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
