In the conference hall of the Department of tspau held a “round table” to discuss changes to the Rules of beautification of the city of Lutsk with participation of the Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev, heads of the enterprises and structural divisions which are engaged in the improvement of the city and ensure compliance with the Rules of improvement. Taras Yakovlev in his opening remarks emphasized that Rules of improvement, which the city operates, was developed eight years ago. During this time there have been many changes, and so they need correction. He invited roundtable participants to the active discussion on this relevant issue. The Director of the Department of the municipal police of the city Council Julia Sirotinskiy voiced theses proposed by the Department for modifications of the Rules of improvement. “We are now working according to the Rules of improvement, which were developed by the Department of housing in 2008-m to year. Time is changing and now there are many issues not regulated by these rules,” she said. According to Yulia Syrotenko, other Ukrainian cities have already developed new Rules of an accomplishment. Therefore, they studied the experience of the cities of Lviv, Odessa, Kiev, Kirovograd, Dnieper and Kamyanets-Podilskyi. In these cities clearly on the painted sections of the rules governing individual activities. Julia Sirotinskiy announced separate Rules of improvement, these cities concerning the colour of the facades, a kronirovaniye of trees, cleaning up after the animals, Smoking in public places and the like. Taras Yakovlev instructed Yulia Sirotino to prepare the order, which provide the structural unit responsible for development of proposals and changes of a section of the Rules of improvement. Urged the participants of the meeting to take responsibility for the task, because it is a regulatory act, which will touch every resident of the city of luck and will be actively discussed by the public before its adoption. The next meeting will be in the format of the review specific proposals from each section, to form the basis of the draft document, which can be offered for consideration by the community.
