Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office appealed to Economic court of the Transcarpathian region of the termination of the lease of the land area of 12.5 hectares, worth over 7.2 mln. which was given to one of the sub’objects entrepreneurship Uzhhorodschyni the Basis for pred’phenomenon the lawsuit was a systematic failure to pay rent for the use of the land, which is a violation of the land legislation and grounds for termination of the lease. According to the data on control as 16.01.2017 the arrears of rent amounted to almost 300 thousand UAH. at SV’regarding this matter has been going on administrative dispute.
